Resato Hydrogen Technology Granted Additional Time to Continue Discussions with investors

Two weeks after filing for suspension of payments, Resato Hydrogen Technology (RHT) would like to provide an update on the progress of the process.

On Thursday, last week, the court-appointed administrator, in consultation with the supervisory judge, granted RHT permission to remain under suspension of payments for the remainder of the six-week period. This additional time enables RHT, under the supervision of the administrator, to further explore the various options for securing a sustainable future for the company.

In the short term, RHT is focused on delivering projects and project components that generate sufficient revenue to maintain a break-even position during the coming period. Achieving this is an essential requirement during the suspension of payments process. Over the past two weeks, RHT has successfully reached agreements with a sufficient number of customers to support this objective. At the same time, the company continues to explore additional opportunities to carry out work for other customers.

For the longer term, RHT remains focused on securing a sustainable future for the company. Discussions with potential investors and strategic partners are ongoing. There continues to be strong interest in the company's activities, technology and market position. Due to the confidential nature of these discussions, no further details can be shared at this time.

Court-appointed administrator Jeroen Sprangers (REIN) oversees the company's day-to- day operations and is closely involved in exploring future opportunities for RHT.

Regular business operations continue as much as possible. RHT continues to provide service and spare parts to its existing customers.
