Resato Hydrogen Technology continues working towards a sustainable future

Over the past period, Resato Hydrogen Technology has been working intensively to create a sustainable path forward for the company. At the same time, we remain focused on maintaining our business activities and progressing our ongoing projects. 

Together with the court-appointed administrator, we are working on the conditions required to achieve a sustainable solution for Resato Hydrogen Technology. Discussions and actions have progressed further over the past period, with important steps taken in several areas. 

We are in discussions with potential investors and are working together with our creditors and customers on the agreements required to move forward. Other parties, including lenders, the pension fund and our shareholder, also play a role in this process. These workstreams are closely interconnected and are being developed in parallel. Resato Hydrogen employees remain understandably tense, but hopeful. 

For Resato to be successfully rescued and given a sustainable future, all three elements need to succeed. We are therefore doing everything we can to reach the necessary agreements. In doing so, we continue to experience strong support and engagement from customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. 

We are also counting on the support of our shareholder to help make this rescue plan possible. They have an important role to play in the transfer to the new investor. In this way, together with our customers, suppliers and partners, we aim to secure a sustainable future for Resato. 

In the meantime, we remain in close contact with our customers and, wherever possible, continue working on ongoing projects, service and support.
